KeyTrack

There are many people involved in the successful outcome of a conveyancing transaction. Often there is an overlap in roles between real estate agents, mortgage brokers (or banks) and lawyers, so it is vital that the left hand knows what the right is doing. Everyone wants to be better informed on the status of your transaction. Richard Galbraith developed KeyTrack to do just that.

What is KeyTrack?

KeyTrack is an online conveyancing communication system. It dovetails with Fencible Law’s existing comprehensive conveyancing services to ensure you are kept fully up to date on the progress of your property transaction. All those involved (including the Real Estate Manager, Agent and Financier) receive automated text alerts and emails as contract milestones are reached, e.g. when the property goes unconditional and on completion of settlement. With KeyTrack you can view the status of a transaction online in a secure environment. The report is called a TSR (Transaction Status Report)

How does KeyTrack work?

As soon as an agreement for sale or purchase is received by Fencible Law, a TSR (Transaction Status Report) is created on the secure online KeyTrack database server. You and other interested parties are automatically provided with user names and passwords by email, enabling login to the KeyTrack website and access to transaction information 24 hours a day. As the transaction proceeds status changes are keyed in and updates are automatically sent to everyone by email and text message. If at any stage you want to know more information about KeyTrack please call us.
