Property Lawyer

We are a forward thinking, busy general practice located in Howick Village, Auckland. We are looking for an experienced Property Lawyer to join our team.


The role will suit someone looking for a position in a modern law firm with quality clients and excellent systems.


We anticipate that you would have had at least three years New Zealand PQE. You will need to be experienced in dealing with clients, are able to manage your own files and handle a heavy workload. At times, you will also be required to work closely with the Director. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as a confident and professional approach. Current conveyancing experience is essential as residential conveyancing will be a significant part of your role in the first year. We anticipate that you would also have experience with Trust and Estate work.

Receptionist / Legal Secretary

We are a busy law firm centrally located in Howick Village. We operate out of modern offices with excellent facilities and systems.


We are looking for a bubbly, efficient person, with a sense of humour, to carry out all Reception duties (including general office duties) and legal secretarial work. This position will be full-time from 8.30am to 5.00pm, however additional hours may be required to get through the workload. The successful applicant will have had at least 2 years’ experience as a legal receptionist / secretary.


The person we require will;

  • have a friendly / professional phone manner and personal disposition
  • be well presented
  • have clear communication skills
  • take pride in their work with strong attention to detail essential
  • have excellent typing skills
  • be experienced in Word and Dictaphone typing, and preferably have experience with Excel
  • be experienced with Landonline and Webforms


The ability to multi-task, time manage and prioritise your work is essential as this position involves a variety of tasks. The role requires someone who is prepared to use their initiative, has the ability to learn quickly and is prepared to take on new tasks.


We are a small team so it is essential that you are a team player with a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and are happy to perform the variety of tasks required of this position.
